Bridget married Anthony late in life and knows little about him. Now, due to dementia, neither does Anthony himself, and Bridget has to care for him, his past completely gone. But others know all about Anthony and haven’t forgotten what he was and what he may know; nor has the department of the government that keeps an eye on people like Anthony and his comrades. When the bones of a dead girl from Anthony’s past are discovered, and when he falls under suspicion, Bridget’s and Anthony’s quiet, ordinary lives together can never be the same again.
